About us

The Site is operated by Vision Real Estate LLC, a real estate brokerage licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of Dubai (RERA ORN 54039) under UAE Trade License 1423371. We provide property advisory, brokerage, leasing, project marketing, and investment services in Dubai.

No offer or contract

Information on the Site — including project details, pricing, payment plans, handover dates, and unit availability — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, recommendation, or binding contract. All property transactions are subject to:

• The developer's own terms, prices, and availability at the time of booking
• Successful completion of due diligence and KYC requirements
• Execution of formal sale and purchase agreements registered with the Dubai Land Department
• Applicable UAE laws and regulations

Prices, availability, payment plans, and handover dates are set by developers and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but cannot guarantee accuracy at any moment.

Property images and renderings

Photographs, renderings, floor plans, and visualisations are provided by developers or third parties for illustrative purposes only. The Site may link to external websites operated by developers, the Dubai Land Department, or other third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Vision Real Estate LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the value of fees actually paid by you to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Brokerage relationship

Engaging Vision Real Estate as your broker is a separate matter governed by a written brokerage agreement signed between you and us. Visiting this Site, submitting an enquiry, or speaking with our team does not, by itself, create a brokerage or agency relationship.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. The current version is always posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
