Vision Real Estate was founded by people who invested in Dubai property long before they ever sold one. We bought our first apartments here in the early 2010s, watched the market through every cycle since, and kept reinvesting — first individually, then in bulk, eventually taking exclusive mandates from developers we trusted.
Along the way, we kept noticing the same thing: most buyers were getting advice from people who had never put their own capital at risk. Career salespeople, well-meaning but commission-driven, recommending whatever paid best that month. The advice we wished we'd had when we started simply wasn't out there.
So we built it. Vision Real Estate is a RERA-licensed brokerage in Dubai (ORN 54039) that operates the way we always wished someone had operated for us — full transparency on the market, advisory grounded in real ownership experience, and a team that treats every recommendation like it's our own money on the line.
