• Government authorities when required by law

Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by UAE law. Transaction-related records are retained for at least seven (7) years in compliance with UAE record-keeping regulations. Marketing contact data is retained until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Under UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data, where legally permissible
• Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office
